Ask beyond the daily rate

The lowest displayed number does not always describe the full rental. Before committing, ask for the details that affect eligibility, trip planning, and the final amount.

What is included in the estimate?

Confirm taxes, $35–$55 delivery charges, the $300 standard deposit, optional coverage from $24 per day, additional drivers, toll processing, full-to-full fuel, 200 included miles per day, and late-return rules.

What vehicle is actually being confirmed?

Ask whether the reservation is for a specific model or a category. Explain required seating, luggage room, and features instead of assuming every vehicle in a category is identical.

How does pickup and return work?

Get the location, timing, required documents, condition-review process, and contact path. Ask what happens after a delayed arrival or requested extension.

Which Florida toll process applies?

Many Florida roads use cashless tolling. The sample policy bills posted tolls plus a $4.95 processing fee for each rental day in which a toll is used, capped at $24.75 per rental.
